From TRIB Live Sports:

QUOTE
less than three weeks, the Penguins have gone from great to gimpy, and head athletic trainer Chris Stewart has become a highly valued commodity.

Stewart — not captain Sidney Crosby or goalie Marc-Andre Fleury or coach Dan Bylsma — is the employee charged with perhaps hockey's toughest task: Get the Stanley Cup champs back together.

The Penguins (12-5-0, 24 points) have been torn apart by injuries since an 8-1-0 start.

"It's an excuse, and it's there if you want it," winger Matt Cooke said. "But if we want to win hockey games right now, we have to understand this team is facing some injuries and adversities. That happens to every team, and good teams find a way around it."

There is a lot to overcome, though.

What do the Pens need to do to adjust the team to the missing players? Is there anyone you would like to see called up from WBS?

Anyone that can stay healthy for longer than a week!

Dustin Jeffery, Ryan Bayda and Luca Caputi are the first three that come to mind that I think would fit well into an NHL role. Mark Letestu would be another decent decision, but he's just coming back from injury, so I wouldn't make him one of the first choices.

I don't really think there is anything the Penguins can or should due to adjust to the missing players. Everyone that is injured right now is a pretty important player, so there probably isn't an AHL'er than can fill the void. At 12-5 they just need to weather the current storm to get through this. Talbot, Gonchar and Malkin should be back by the end of this month, barring setbacks. Kennedy is day-to-day and it should be known tomorrow or so what Letang's diagnosis is.

Have I covered them all? At this point it's getting pretty easy to lose track of who is currently injured.
