The other thread accidentally got broken. Sorry guys. So, here's a new one!

QMJHL

Moncton Wildcats 1 @ Halifax Mooseheads 2
D Mark Barberio, MCT: 0-0-0, E, 0 PIM, 4 SOG
Season Totals: 20 GP, 2-12-14, +5, 22 PIM

Halifax scored twice in the second period to flip a 1-0 deficit into a lead and home ice win.

OHL

Belleville Bulls 1 @ Kingston Frontenacs 4
RW Kyle DeCoste, BEL: 0-1-1, E, 0 PIM
Season Totals: 17 GP, 3-4-7, +1, 20 PIM
With Bulls: 4 GP, 1-3-4, +3, 0 PIM
With SSM: 13 GP, 2-1-3, -2, 20 PIM

This was a 1-1 game before Kingston scored three times in the third period. There were 14 fighting majors in this game. It took only four games with the Bulls for DeCoste to surpass his point total from his time in the Soo this season (17 games).

Oshawa Generals 2 @ Erie Otters 3
G Michael Zador, OSH: Loss, 27 saves on 30 shots
Season Totals: 16 GP, 7-8-1-0, 3.45 GAA, .893 sv%, 1 SO
G Jaroslav Janus, ERIE: Win, 34 saves on 36 shots, *Third Star*
Season Totals: 3 GP, 3-0-0, 2.33 GAA, .923 sv%
With Norfolk (AHL): 2 GP, 0-2-0, 1.52 GAA, .939 sv%

A little Lightning camp battle moved to Pennsylvania as the two Tampa Bay goaltending prospects matched up in a close game. Janus is undefeated since his return from AHL Norfolk (3-0). Erie is 4-0 and back to .500 since his return after starting the year 5-9-2-1.

Sarnia Sting 0 @ Ottawa 67’s 7
LW Matais Sointu, OTT: 0-2-2, +3, 0 PIM
Season Totals: 18 GP, 3-7-10, +6, 6 PIM

Ottawa exacted some revenge on Sarnia, who beat them 2-1 in their previous game. Sointu had the first multi-point game of his OHL career.

WHL

Tri-City Americans 4 @ Lethbridge Hurricanes 2
RW Carter Ashton, LET: 1-0-1, -1, 2 PIM (roughing)
Season Totals: 20 GP, 11-12-23, -6, 40 PIM

Ashton extended his point streak to eight games, but Lethbridge had their three game winning streak snapped by the Americans.

Harvard Crimson 1 @ No.20 Quinnipiac Bobcats 4
C/W Alexander Killorn, HAR: 0-1-1, +1, 0 PIM, 5 SOG
Season Totals: 4 GP, 3-3-6, +1, 4 PIM

The Bobcats scored twice in the second period to break open a 1-1 game before a sellout crowd and NESN audience. Harvard did not receive any votes in the latest USCHO poll.

Western Michigan Broncos 2 @ Ohio State Buckeyes 4
D Luke Witkowski , UWM: 1-0-1, -1, 2 PIM (hooking), 2 SOG
Season Totals: 9 GP, 1-2-3, -4, 10 PIM

Witkowski’s first collegiate goal cut Ohio State’s third period lead to 3-2, but the Broncos couldn’t complete the comeback. WMU received eight votes in the latest USCHO poll, which would technically put them at 29th.

The Admirals lost last night 5-3, but they did mount a serious come back in the third.

Tokarski gave up four goals on 30 shots.

Jones got a goal and an assist - He's on fire (finally!) with eight points in the last four games.
Simek got a goal
Lawrence got an assist
Wishart got an assist
Lundin got an assist
Fritz got an assist

Box score if you are so inclined

Thanks for remaking the thread Mish!

I'm pretty happy with seeing Ashton's #'s this season, he's looking pretty good down in Lethbridge this season!

Harvard Crimson 3 @ Princeton Tigers 3
C/W Alexander Killorn, HAR: 0-0-0, +1, 0 PIM, 2 SOG
Season Totals: 5 GP, 3-3-6, +1, 4 PIM

Harvard tied the game with less than a minute to go.

No.15 Vermont Catamounts 1 @ No.16 Boston College Eagles 7
C/W Matt Marshall , UVM: 0-0-0, E, 0 PIM, 1 SOG
Season Totals: 8 GP, 1-1-2, +1, 2 PIM

This was a 1-1 game in the first period before BC ran away with it. The Catamounts will likely fall out of the polls this week.

Western Michigan Broncos 2 @ Ohio State Buckeyes 4
D Luke Witkowski , UWM: 0-1-1, E, 2 PIM (roughing), 2 SOG
Season Totals: 10 GP, 1-3-4, -4, 12 PIM

OHL

Niagara IceDogs 2 @ Belleville Bulls 5
RW Kyle DeCoste, BEL: 0-0-0, E, 0 PIM
Season Totals: 18 GP, 3-4-7, +1, 20 PIM
With Bulls: 5 GP, 1-3-4, +3, 0 PIM
With SSM: 13 GP, 2-1-3, -2, 20 PIM

Belleville scored the game’s final three goals to earn the win.

Peterborough Petes 1 @ Barrie Colts 6
LW/C Alex Hutchings, BAR: 0-0-0, -1, 2 PIM (unsportsmanlike conduct)
Season Totals: 21 GP, 10-13-23, +8, 10 PIM

Hutchings saw his three game point streak come to an end.

Windsor Spitfires 5 @ Erie Otters 2
C Richard Panik, WSR: 0-0-0, -1, 0 PIM
Season Totals: 22 GP, 4-8-12, +12, 8 PIM
G Jaroslav Janus, ERIE: Loss, 50 saves on 54 shots, *Second Star*
Season Totals: 4 GP, 3-1-0, 2.75 GAA, .924 sv%
With Norfolk (AHL): 2 GP, 0-2-0, 1.52 GAA, .939 sv%

Janus suffered his first loss of the season, though he did put forth a strong 50-save effort against the league’s top team that earned him the game’s Second Star. It’s not often you can allow four goals (one was an empty net) and see your season’s save percentage improve. Panik’s scoreless streak has reached four games.

WHL

Lethbridge Hurricanes 2 @ Medicine Hat Tigers 4
RW Carter Ashton, LET: 1-0-1, +1, 0 PIM
Season Totals: 21 GP, 12-12-24, -7, 40 PIM

Ashton (pictured) extended his point streak to nine games (5-9-14). He has goals in three straight. The longest current point streak in the WHL belongs to Tyson Barrie, son of Lightning owner Len Barrie, at 10 games.

OHL

Windsor Spitfires 3 @ Brampton Battalion 2 (OT)
C Richard Panik, WSR: 0-0-0, -1, 0 PIM
Season Totals: 23 GP, 4-8-12, +11, 8 PIM

Panik’s stat line during the last five games: 0-0-0, -4, 2 PIM. One would think Windsor was struggling, but they’re 5-0 and averaging about four goals per game during that time. In fact, Windsor’s streak of games with at least a point reached 15 games with the OT win in Brampton.

Niagara IceDogs 1 @ Ottawa 67’s 2 (SO)
LW Matais Sointu, OTT: 0-0-0, E, 0 PIM
Season Totals: 19 GP, 3-7-10, +6, 6 PIM

Sointu did not participate in the shootout.

Guelph Storm 3 @ Oshawa Generals 2
G Michael Zador, OSH: Loss, 22 saves on 25 shots
Season Totals: 17 GP, 7-9-1-0, 3.42 GAA, .893 sv%, 1 SO

Zador has played well lately, though his won-loss record doesn’t reflect it.

WHL

Kootenay Ice 3 @ Lethbridge Hurricanes 2 (OT)
RW Carter Ashton, LET: 0-0-0, -1, 4 PIM (roughing, unsportsmanlike conduct)
Season Totals: 22 GP, 12-12-24, -5, 44 PIM

Ashton’s nine game point streak and three game goal streak came to an end in the OT loss.

An uneventful night statistically for both Lightning prospects in this game. Neither DeCoste nor Sointu participated in the shootout, which was won by Ottawa 2-1. The 67’s have won their last three games.

Barrie Colts 6 @ Peterborough Petes 2
LW/C Alex Hutchings, BAR: 0-0-0, E, 0 PIM
