Olympic GDT Competition
In keeping with the Olympic spirit, we‘re holding a competition involving the GDTs for the pool games in the men‘s hockey tournament. The original plan was for the competition to be stretched out the entire tournament, but being that I only have 9 participants, I decided to frontload the schedule and get this over with.
How this will work:
-The participants each have 2 GDTs that they’re responsible for posting. They’ve already been informed of what I’m expecting, especially timewise, and of their schedule. So they’ll be posting their GDTs as per the rules set by Operation Power Play.
-After they do, I’ll also be adding a poll to each of their GDTs where you rate the work on a scale of 6 to 10. PLEASE BE OBJECTIVE! All polls will remain open until the end of the Olympics.
(Note on the polls: If it’s not up right away, just please be patient. It will be by the nighttime when I’m home from work.)
-The score for each GDT will be the AVERAGE of all the votes received. The participant’s final score will be the SUM of the two averages for their GDTs.
-The participants with the top 3 scores will each get a prize for their profiles.
I’ll be using this thread as a recap, as well. So if you missed a voting, you can refer back to here for easier reference.
To the participants: good luck, and go for the gold!
