Definitely similar. But, yea, I don't see him getting suspended for the season for this one, whether it's fair or not.

Obviously injury plays the biggest part, but notice the difference in injury between a guy who straps his helmet on tight vs a guy who watches his helmet pop off like a firework once he's been hit..
