Please select 3 of the remaining blogs that you would like to see make the next round in our Blog-Off Tournament...

On The Forecheck
Preds On The Glass
The View From 111
What The Puck
Pull My (Fang) Finger

In this round, we ask our voters to avoid choosing their selections based on such things such as blog graphics, blog tools, amount of updates, etc. Let's make this round specifically about writing ability.

For every member that takes the time to click these links, check these blogs out, vote in the poll and impress me with a critique on any one blog mentioned, I will be giving out Jersey Awards throughout the contest.

So let's hear what you have to say... and let's please try our best to be constructive with our words.

(This tourney encourages fans of all teams to participate and not just fans of the team in question.)

I like ONTHEFORECHECK the most of all of the voting options. He updates well throughout the day, knows his Preds business and provides more than just his opinion....Great Job OTFC!!!!

The only problem with OTFC is rarely blogs. it seems that he links to things other people have already written, and then adds his opinion. every once in a while he writes an actual blog. i like bloggers who actually write something, and then link to other blogs they find interesting or useful.
i guess it's why we get to vote, huh? :)

Read many of the blogs from Pred supporters and always find What The Puck with the best style. Blogging is not statistics (which she can quote), but 'color' commentary. Witty, informative, entertaining, and with a great "Can we talk?" attitude. I can get statistics from the TV and newspaper. If I'm going to follow a blogger, PLEASE give me something more than boring, repetitive gameplay. She seems to knows her players in a way that many don't. She takes her boys seriously, but is willing to poke fun when necessary.

Now THAT's a great blog!
