I've had it time out and not reload for over 5 minutes once a couple times it took a minute or two to come back. Also periodically slow.
I had this same issue yesterday

I'm not having any of these issues at home or here at work today ... anyone else still experiencing this?
Also, Selly and CQ - have you checked other sites to see if they're loading OK?
