Edmonton, AB - The Edmonton Oilers have agreed to terms with defenceman Oscar Klefbom on a three-year entry-level contract. Last year's 19th overall selection at the 2011 NHL Entry Draft spent the 2011-12 campaign with Farjestads BK Karlstad of the Swedish Elite League, posting two goals, four penalty minutes and a -1 rating in 33 games.
Klefbom, 18, also represented Team Sweden at the 2012 World Junior Championship in Calgary, earning a Gold Medal with a 1-0 overtime win over Team Russia.
