Yeah, and like the article says, the Islanders said this story is a load of horse. Take it with a grain of salt. The same garbage comes up every year.

So the Islanders are no longer moving to Brooklyn?This story has come up so many times over the last decade. Charles Wang has said he A- was going to keep the Islanders on Long Island and B- has no interest in selling the team.
A has turned out to be true, I see no reason to question B.

They are still moving to Brooklyn. While "Long Island" refers to Nassau and Suffolk counties, Brooklyn is also on the physical island itself. So while they aren't going to be in Nassau county anymore, they are still technically on the Island.So the Islanders are no longer moving to Brooklyn?
