Reports from Rangers’ practice today indicate that Rick Nash (along with Arron Asham) are not on the ice.
The Rangers have announced Nash will not accompany the team to Ottawa this afternoon for tomorrow night’s game against the Senators but could join the Rangers for Saturday night’s game in Montreal.
Nash did not play in the Rangers’ 3-1 loss to the Canadiens at the Madison Square Garden after he played 22:33 in Sunday’s 2-1 win over the Capitals. Nash was considered questionable prior to Sunday’s game and the Rangers are being cagey about what Nash’s issue really is.
