Welcome Back MVPerry, Ducks Beat Avs 4-3 In Overtime

First Period Recap: Slow start for the Ducks. They end the period with a two-goal deficit, thanks to Cody McLeod and PA Parenteau. Oh - Cam Fowler's back, and once again, he's paired with Bryan Allen. Silver linings: Beauchemin's poke check and Getzlaf's takeaway. Jonas Hiller looks kind of rusty, which is troubling.

Second Period Recap: Much better. Thank you, Ducks. Andrew Cogliano and P.A. Parenteau have a bit of a kerfuffle on the first faceoff. Corey Perry begins the comeback, scoring off a feed from Ryan Getzlaf. Teemu Selanne later ties the game with a one-timer that goes past Jean-Sebastien Giguere's
right shoulder. The tie doesn't last long, though. About a minute
after Teemu scores, Colorado's John Mitchell retakes the lead for his
team. The Ducks end the period outshooting the Avs, 21-10. Silver
lining: Teemu's goal was his 250th power play goal. Yay for making
history!
