Alex Ovechkin, Washington Capitals

When Washington Capitals' forward Alex Ovechkin is at his best, he is scoring goals and having fun.

Ovechkin certainly looked like he was doing just that this past Saturday against the New Jersey Devils. The "Great 8" scored the 11th hat trick of his career and added an assist for four points en route to a 5-1 victory.

I was really happy to see him have a big night, but the key to him being back is doing it again.

Time will tell.

One good game is not back in form. Not even two or three good games. Especially not after the long layoff he's had from said form.

Let's revisit this after he's maintained that level for at least a month of games.

Yeah, Milbury may have gotten a little 'shoe happy' with the whole thing, but Ovie really did look pretty bad last night.
