Given that tomorrow marks the first of possibly many battles the NHL fights in order to preserve the longevity of the Phoenix Coyote franchise, I am asking fans of all teams, from all four corners of the world to show their support in this thread. This can be done by simply sharing your words of encouragement to the hockey fans in Arizona, posting pictures, playing movies, or simply taking a snapshot of yourself belting out the infamous Howl. Should you not support the cause of keeping the Yotes in Phoenix, we have plenty of threads in which you are free to voice your opinions. I do ask that this specific topic be pro-Coyotes and I will be taking measures against anyone that sees this as on opportunity to rain on anyone's parade.

As some of you might know, I happen to be Canadian. I also happen to live in Southern Ontario. And yet I have been very vocal in my support of Gary Bettman and the City of Glendale on this issue. Much like I was in support of my fellow Penguins and Predators fans in the recent past. My love for the game and my eternal respect for those that follow it, are not bordered off by boundaries. It matters not to me if it happens to be snowing out your window, nor if you measure temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit. All I truly care about is getting to know everyone who happens to share the same passion for the game I choose to love and that this passion is allowed to continue to spread from country to country; continent to continent.

Beginning today, with the help of Heather (Carcillo13) and hopefully with the help of many of you, we are going to attempt to reach out to every fan we possibly can and bring them back here. Not just the fans that are happy to have a hometown team, but all fans of the game that are not content on allowing the Jim Balsillie's or any other billionaire out there willing to come in and change our league without our permission.

So, with that out of the way... If you love the Coyotes and you love the NHL as it stands today, let me hear you rattle the boards.

Let me hear you AAAARRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Just a handful of my Coyotes pics from the '06-'07 and '07-'08 seasons.

Please stay in Phoenix, my memories there aren't over yet. And yes, one pic makes fun of the Sharks, but I thought it was very creative :bad:

Though I'm not necessarily a Yotes fan, I don't want them to move anywhere. My dad thinks it's not right to put a hockey team in Arizona, but it helps to expand hockey love. I don't want the Yotes to move.

My godson lives in AZ and loves going to the games, and rocking his new black Shane Doan jersey. His heart would break if the team moved, so Please Don't Move!

Let's keep the Yotes in Phoenix. It really is the best of both worlds. Being from Wisconsin, I moved here so I wouldnt have to deal with driving in the ice and snow but I still get to watch my favorite sport at the highest level, something I was not able to do in Wisconsin.

As a coyotes fan, I just want to thank everyone who has given their support to this cause! We couldn't do it without you!! :)

Even if they are a Pacific Division rival, I would HATE to see the Coyotes moved.

Keep the Yotes in Phoenix!!

I have never been to Phoenix. I have never really cheered for or against the Coyotes unless it were to benefit a team I was cheering for. But I do railroad against teams moving especially on a whim like this. While I think certain parties involved would be good for the league as a whole, this is not the way to do it and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's bad business.

Keep the 'Yotes where they are!

Coming from the east coast, Hockey is in my blood. When I moved here, I didnt know there was hockey (bad media) for at least 2 years. I went to my first game (Devils vs Coyotes) and they were horrible. I kept going to some games, and I just got hooked. I love this team. The players are so amazing personally and on the ice. We have fans out here, but unless we win more often, they wont show. It sucks, but thats how AZ is. Please keep the Coyotes. Give them another shot. I have a feeling this is the year for the playoffs! We are getting better every season, and I know this is the one. Go Coyotes!!! :lol2:

That's how 95% of the league is.

Recently, Jimmy Devellano of the Red Wings had this to say...

"We talk about it all the time. If we had a poor team right now in Detroit, we'd average 8,000 or 9,000 fans a game. I'm very serious about that," said Devellano, whose team ranked third in attendance this season. "That's the way it was when I arrived 27 years ago. So I sort of get a chuckle when I hear about people wanting to move Phoenix, Florida, Atlanta and Nashville because they only draw 13,000 people.

"We stayed there and toughed it out."

... and that's the place they call 'Hockeytown'.

That is true but everyone likes to point out us. In Canada they say they sell out every game. Is that true LS? I highly doubt EVERY game.

Keep the Coyotes in Phoenix! I know how I would feel if the Devils left NJ, and I don't want any fan to feel like that.

I think Montreal does, at least that's what I always here.

ESPN says they do, but they also say some teams have over 100% attendance, how is that even possible?
