Long time Hawks fan, grew up watching the likes of Mikita, Espo, and Maggy (RIP).
Was out on East Coast for a while and recently moved back to IL (downstate) and really picked up again. Was able to catch the Hawks on occaision out there. Most memorable Hawks game?....In MSG 1997, Ulfy takes a run at Krivo, half misses, knocks the glass out and KO'd Janet Gretzky. LOL Seriously, I've seen some goofy games. I was at the playoff game at The Cap Centre when Hextall scored a goal. I was also at the Hawks/Blues game last season when they took 10 minutes of video review to decide whether the Hawks had scored a goal. Street lights go out when I walk under them....you get the idea.
New Years' Resolution (since 1998) - If the Hawks EVER win the Cup in my lifetime, I will get a tattoo commemorating the historical event.
Likes: hockey (playing and watching), cooking, hiking, music, easy going people.
Dislikes: Miserable people who try and bring you down with them.
All Time Favorite Player: Bobby Orr
All Time Favorite Hawk: Keith Magnuson
